Part-Time Bilingual Nanny | Paris 17ème - September 2023
A French family is looking for an anglophone nanny for their 7yo boy, 5yo girl and 3yo boy. They are looking for someone who is patient, responsible and autonomous - someone who really cares about the children and wants to actively help them in their growth.

The nanny will generally start her day before the end of school to prepare meals for the children, take care of their laundry (washing, ironing and folding), and tidying up their rooms. She will then pick up the children from school and care for them in the afternoons until dinner time. The nanny may also be responsible for transportation to after-school activities once a week.
Education within the home is based on respect, joy, forgiveness, listening and gentleness. This is why the family is looking for a nanny who is happy, gentle, calm and capable of setting a framework and rules for the children. The mother will be working full-time from home in a separate office space.
The scheduled hours are Tue 11h - 19h, Wed 12h - 19h, Thu 15h30 - 19h, Fri 11h - 19h. These hours are flexible and negotiable for the right candidate.
There is a possibility to work 3 more hours once a month on a Wednesday (from 9am instead of 12pm).
The nanny will also be asked to work for a week during the All Saints and Easter holidays and during the month of July. Evening babysitting will be paid on top of the monthly salary when required.
In addition to the 5 weeks of annual vacation, the nanny will have at least 3 weeks of additional vacation (one at All Saints' Day, one at Easter and one in August).
The candidate:
-
Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in a nannying or childcare role (with similar ages)
-
Should be someone that is happy, gentle, but also firm when needed
-
Speaks a fluent level of English and a conversational level of French
The candidate must have a valid EU passport or work permit/visa for France. We do not assist with visa sponsorship.
