An Australian/British family is looking for a bilingual nanny for their 7 month old son. The family is looking for a nanny that is passionate about childcare and is keen to be a part of the family and stay with them for the long-term.

Start date: Immediate Start

Hours: Mon, Wed 9h - 19h &

Thu 11h30 - 21h30 (30 hours/week)

Or, Mon - Fri 13h - 19h

Contract: CDI 

Salary: 1950 - 2100 euros net/month

(Live-out) - depending on the profile

Language/s: English and French

Accomodation: Live-out

Driver's Licence: Not required

The nanny will be responsible for establishing a routine and assisting to sleep train the baby, sterilising and preparing bottles, introducing new food and organising age appropriate activities for the child. 

When the baby naps, the family would like someone that is comfortable with completing basic household tasks - unpacking groceries, dropping off/collecting dry cleaning, folding the laundry of the family, stacking/unstacking dishwasher and general tidiness of living spaces and the bedroom of the child. The family will employ a separate cleaner for the vacuuming and mopping of the apartment. 

The scheduled hours will be Mon, Wed 9h - 19h & Thu 11h30 - 21h30 (30 hours/week)

Or, Mon - Fri 13h - 19h.

During school holidays the hours remain the same. The nanny may travel with the family if they want to as the family regularly travels to visit family in the UK.

The nanny will receive 5 weeks of paid holiday per year.

 

The candidate:

  • Speak both English and French. The parents only speak English but they would like for the nanny to speak to the baby in French. 

  • The family is looking for a dynamic nanny who has experience with young babies (helping set routines, sleep training, weaning) and a love for working with babies. 

  • Someone familiar with Paris and can assist the family with finding things/services/activities to do with the baby
