When arriving in Paris, we became in contact with various agencies for butler and nanny roles for ourselves. It became abundantly clear that service was quick but not always caring. There were plenty of miscommunications and oversights. We have both met many families in Paris who felt the same, and were left unsatisfied with the level of qualification of proposed candidates, as well as the level of personnalisation and compassion from agencies. We thought the market needed young, fresh, approachable minds - connecting families like yours with educators and educated-driven English-speaking or bilingual nannies.
Annette
Annette has been working with families for nine years. Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, she completed a Bachelor of Primary Education. During her years at university, she worked as a nanny for various families in Sydney. She has five years of experience in elementary schools, as both a classroom teacher and in specialist roles in reading development and teaching English as a second language.
Once she moved to Paris, she found her passion for nannying again. She has worked with several agencies herself here in France, and strives to provide a personalised service to both families and nannies.
Théo
Théo graduated from Vatel Business School with a Bachelor in Hospitality Management. Since then, his career quickly evolved working in prestigious, palace hotels in Paris, Monaco, Saint-Barthelemy and Sydney working for high-profile customers, consistently delivering high-class, quality service.
Born and raised in Normandy, France, he has travelled the world, and also spent two years living in Sydney, Australia working as a Personal Assistant/Butler for a private family. Whilst his career has predominantly been within hospitality, he has plenty of personal experience looking after children and has been a "manny" in Paris himself.
