The Process for Families
Below is a step-by-step outline of the process we will work through with you in search for your next nanny. We think it's important to be honest and upfront about all aspects of the practice from the very beginning so there is no confusion or surprises later on. We Listen
We will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a telephone or video conference interview. During this interview, we will better determine what you are looking for.

Family Profile
Following this interview, we will collaboratively create a family profile to present to potential candidates in order to find the best match.

We Search
Using your family profile, our search for the right candidate begins!
We will forward you profiles, CVs and references of nannies we think will be suitable for your family. Profiles of nannies will give you a good indication of their personalities, interests and teaching approaches.

You Interview
Next, you decide which candidate/s you would like to better get to know. You can choose some or all the people presented to you.We recommend getting in contact over the phone or setting up an in-person interview if possible.

You Trial
After a successful interview, we help you organise for a paid trial day or weekend. During this time, we recommend that the nanny spends time with the children alone. This is a great opportunity to have lunch together and enjoy a moment as a family with the nanny.

We Verify
We collect a copy of the candidate’s ID, their visa (if applicable), relevant qualifications and certificates, a National Police Check and three contactable, reliable references.

Contract
Once the trial is completed and you are ready to make an offer to the nanny, we will walk you through the next steps and can provide you with contract templates if needed. It is important to decide all responsibilities clearly at this point.

We Support
When your new employee has accepted the position, we are committed to follow up and check-in, by providing post-placement support to both the family and the nanny.
