Bilingual Holiday Nanny in Marbella, Spain - 1st July - 15th August
A Saudi Arabian family is looking for a bilingual French nanny for their two children 10yo and 7yo. The family is going on vacation to Marbella, Spain and need an extra pair of hands during the day and the evenings.
Specific Details
Dates: July 1st to mid-August (TBC)
Hours: Approx. 8 hrs/day for 6 days/week - daytime hours + a few evenings (flexible)
Salary: 900 euros net/week (depending on the candidate's profile)
Language: English
Accommodation: Seperate accommodation provided for all household staff
Driver's Licence: N/A
The nanny will be responsible for all aspects of the care and wellbeing of the children. The nanny will work alongside the family’s current nanny who will be travelling with them, both assisting the parents in any way.
The family will be staying in a chateau with other families. The parents will be working (US work hours) so it will be sole charge during this time. It will also be sole charge if the parents are out during the day or in the evenings.
The scheduled hours will vary each day but will be 8-10 hours per day.
The nanny will be provided a separate bedroom in an apartment that will be shared with the family’s other household staff.
Transportation and meals during work hours will be covered.
The candidate:

Speak bilingual English and French - this is so the children can learn French with the nanny but also communicate to them in English when needed

Must have a lot of experience working with children of a similar age

Should be energetic, patient and adaptable - discretion is essential

Able to work cooperatively and in unison with other household staff

Has the ability to understand young children and build a positive relationship with them quickly
