A family from the UAE is looking for a bilingual nanny for their 6 and 10 year old sons. The family lives in the 16ème but the position includes travel to the UAE and Europe. They would like someone for the purpose of improving the children's French.

Start date: Immediate start

Hours: 17h - 21h - 3x weekdays per week & 9h - 20h - on weekends - 32 hours per week

Contract: CDI 

Language/s: English and French

Accomodation: Live-out

Driver's Licence: Not required

The nanny will be responsible solely for the care, safety and wellbeing of the two boys. The nanny will follow the after-school routine by accompanying the children to any after-school activities, assisting them with homework, and leading and guiding the children through fun and engaging games and activities. It is important for the nanny to instill positive values to the children and consistently model mature and polite behaviors. 


The house is fully staffed so the role will not include any cleaning or cooking. The family also employs a butler, a chef and a housekeeper so it is essential the nanny can speak in English to communicate with the other staff comfortably. Additionally, the children are always accompanied by two security guards. 

The scheduled hours will be 3 weekdays per week 17h-21h & weekends (Sat/Sun) 9h - 21h. The nanny will have two rest days during the week. 


During school holidays the hours remain the same, though the nanny will be required to travel with the family to the UAE during the winter vacations and various parts of France and the Mediterranean during the summer. 

The nanny will receive 5 weeks of paid holiday per year. These are to be decided by the family ahead of time. 

The candidate:

  • Speaks both English and French

  • The family is looking for a dynamic nanny who has experience with boys and is very active 

  • Mature, trustworthy and independent. Discretion is essential.
