The nanny will be responsible for providing an engaging and stimulating environment for him to explore and learn. The family is looking for someone that is enthusiastic and inquisitive - that is always looking out for activities, museums and exhibitions to explore with the child. The nanny will pick up the boy from school and following the afternoon routine. They should be confident to cook nutritious meals for lunch on Wednesdays and dinner each evening.
It is essential that the nanny has good communication skills and a high level of English to encourage him to speak in English in a non-threatening, informal way. He attends a bilingual school in Paris and can understand English very well. Therefore, it would be a focus point to continue to build on his ability to speak more in English, rather than French.
In the holidays, the nanny will work circumstantially depending on the family's plans. For example, for ski trips, the family would like the nanny to join them for short trips.
The candidate must have at least 3 years working in a nannying role. They must also be independent, professional and organised.
The nanny will be entitled to 5 weeks paid leave every year.
The family has a cleaner that cleans the apartment twice a week.
