Bilingual Nanny In The French Alps - Immediate Start (9 Month Position)
A British family living near Morzine, The Alps is looking for a bilingual nanny for their 11yo (boy), 9yo (girl) and 6yo (boy). The family is looking for a seasonal nanny who can stay with the family for 9 months (until the end of June).
Specific Details
Start date: Immediate start
Hours: Mon, Tues, Thu, Fri 4hrs per day and Wed 6hrs per day - 22 hours per week. Additional hours may be needed some Saturdays
Contract: CDI
Salary: Depending on the profile
Language/s: French (primary) and English
Accomodation: A studio apartment will be provided which is 10m walk from the family’s chalet
The nanny will be responsible for preparing the children for school, then while the children are at school - grocery shopping, cooking, tidying the children’s rooms and laundry. In the afternoon, the nanny will pick up the children from school and take them to their various extra-curricular activities and assist them with their homework.
During school holidays, the nanny will not be required to join the family on their vacations, though will be responsible for the care of the family pets (1 dog and 2 cats).
The nanny will receive the entitled weeks of paid holiday per year pro rata for the time the nanny works.
The candidate:

must speak both English and French

have an understanding of the French schooling system

love the outdoors (hiking etc.) - bonus, if the nanny can ski
