Morning Nanny in Paris 15ème - September 2023
A wonderful Iranian family has recently relocated to Paris from Dubai and is looking for an experienced French nanny for their 6 month old girl. They are looking for someone to commence the role on 4-6 hours per day in the mornings (eg. 9h-15h or 10-16h) Monday to Friday. This scheduling could be increased to a more full-time capacity as time goes on and as the family settles into their new life.
Specific Details
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Mon - Fri 9h-15h or 10h-16h (then, potential of 48hrs/week)
Salary: 1900 € net/month
Contract: CDI
Language/s: French and English (Mandarin, Persian or Spanish would be bonus)
Accommodation: Live-out or live-in - private bedroom and bathroom can be provided in the family’s home.
Driver's Licence: Not required
The nanny will be responsible for all things related to the baby during the time she works. She will need to prepare the baby's formula bottles, sterlising bottles, feeding, and changing nappies. The family would also like the nanny to take her out for walks, put her down for her naps and play with her with age-appropriate exercises and tummy time. Occasionally, the nanny may be asked to take her to activities or appointments.
The nanny will keep the child’s room organised and the common areas of the house tidy. They will also assist with the children’s laundry (folding and putting away).
Initially, the scheduled hours will be Mon - Fri 9h-15h or 10h-16h. After, when full-time the nanny will be offered to work 48hrs/week. Ideally, the nanny will join the family on 1-2 vacations per year.
The nanny will be entitled to 5 weeks paid leave per year.
The candidate must:

Have at least 3 years of experience in a nannying or childcare role (with baby experience)

Speak French fluently (Bonus if they also speak Mandarin, Persian or Spanish)

Have a certification in baby care and nurse certificate would be a bonus
